Stable, scalable pen-injector platform for 3mL cartridges – designed for OEM/ODM programs
The SilverCore™ Reusable Pen Injector is a sleek, durable adjustable-dose pen platform engineered for brands and developers building long-term injection programs. Featuring a clear dose window, transparent cartridge holder, and a smooth dial-and-inject mechanism, this model is optimized for consistent assembly performance, product benchmarking, and scalable supply.
This is a device platform intended for integration into pharmaceutical, wellness, and clinic distribution programs (no drug included).
1) Platform-level consistency for stable delivery
Built for repeatable assembly and predictable user operation, this pen is positioned for customers who prioritize batch-to-batch consistency and long-term procurement stability.
2) Adjustable dose setting with clear confirmation
The dose window provides quick visual verification before injection. Dose units and scale logic can be customized based on your program requirements.
3) 3mL cartridge compatibility (project-configurable)
The transparent cartridge holder supports cartridge-based delivery concepts commonly used in pen injectors. Final cartridge fit (stopper type / length) can be configured during OEM development.
4) Standard pen-needle concept interface
Designed around common pen injector usage with non-integrated, double-ended pen needles (interface details configurable by project). ISO standards for needle-based injection systems and pen needles are widely used as reference frameworks for performance and testing.
5) Manufacturing-friendly design for scale-up
For projects planning pilot-to-volume transition, the structure is suitable for process development and automated/semi-automated assembly planning. (Many medtech assembly lines—such as Mikron’s platforms—specifically support pen injector family devices from low-volume to high-volume production.)
